This Motor Fraud Solicitor/CILEX role will see you responsible for your own caseload of suspected fraudulent files on behalf of a range of large insurer clients. Working alongside the team leader, you will work on a non-delegated authority basis. Your caseload will consist of a wide range of suspected motor fraud claims including, but not limited to, staged incidents, LVI, bogus passengers and organised crime.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEX qualified, however, those who are non-qualified with significant motor fraud experience may also be considered. Experience of pre-litigated or litigated RTA fraud files is required. Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes and should have a good knowledge of the litigation process. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills are required.
