Rotating Early, Mid, Late shifts to cover 7am–7pm, supporting delivery of a 24/7 x 365 service

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and SC Cleared First Line Analyst to join our Service Desk team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and service delivery to customers. This position involves working in rotating shifts to ensure continuous support and service availability.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to customers, addressing and resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.
Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with agreed service levels.
Request Fulfilment: Handle service requests, ensuring they are completed accurately and within the specified timeframes.
Problem Management: Assist in problem investigations to identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Documentation: Identify and generate support documentation to enhance the knowledge base and improve service delivery.
Technical Coaching: Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Standards and Procedures: Ensure adherence to agreed standards and procedures, maintaining a high level of service quality and consistency.

Qualifications
Security Clearance: Minimum SC (Security Cleared) required.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar technical support role, preferably within a service desk environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant technical areas and tools used in service desk operations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Additional Information
Shift Work: This role requires working in rotating shifts (Early, Mid, Late) to cover 7am–7pm, ensuring 24/7 x 365 service delivery.
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required.
