Facilities Manager Wanted - Warrington

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities within the designated region. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for employees while optimising operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Develop and manage the facilities budget
- Coordinate with various departments to meet their facility-related needs
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce the company's environmental footprint

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building systems and regulations
- Certification in Facility Management
