Credit Controller, Stafford, £28,000

Your new role
  • Managing high-volume accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Utilising Sage software for financial management and reporting.
  • Conducting credit assessments and setting up payment terms.
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for management.
  • Liaising with clients to negotiate payment plans and ensure smooth communication.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in credit control, with a strong track record of managing high-volume accounts.
  • Proficiency in Sage software and other accounting tools.
  • Qualified by experience or holding an AAT qualification.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Hours: Flexible start time (8:00 AM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
