Helpdesk Advisor - Temp 6 months
Your new company
You will be working for a well-know construction company based in the outskirts of Bath.
Your new role
You will be expected to assist your clients and customers with the following duties:
- Handling incoming correspondence and escalating queries to the relevant teams.
- Managing admin processes and tracking how they are with the teams.
- Assisting with contractor responsibilities and ensuring they have the correct administrative details.
- Communicate with clients professionally and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
Administrative experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organisational ability, happy to multitask communication with administrative processes.
Be on-site from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
