Helpdesk Advisor - Temp 6 months

Your new company

You will be working for a well-know construction company based in the outskirts of Bath.

Your new role

You will be expected to assist your clients and customers with the following duties:

  • Handling incoming correspondence and escalating queries to the relevant teams.
  • Managing admin processes and tracking how they are with the teams.
  • Assisting with contractor responsibilities and ensuring they have the correct administrative details.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Administrative experience.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Good organisational ability, happy to multitask communication with administrative processes.

  • Be on-site from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
