Interim Estates Surveyor Opportunity - Long-Term Contract - Southwest England (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for an exciting new interim opportunity? Join a local authority team based in the Southwest to make a significant impact on communities' property management and estates strategy!

Your new role
As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing lease agreements, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Assisting with a strategic review of properties, including repurposing and disposal works.
  • Making decisions on maintenance responsibilities for specific properties across the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a proven estates surveyor with commercial property experience, ideally working within the public sector previously. An in-depth understanding of property management from a surveying perspective will be required, alongside excellent negotiation and communication skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive daily rate (payable via umbrella), paid to you on a weekly basis across the duration of your contract. A hybrid working arrangement is available, allowing you to complete the majority of your role from home, with occasional visits to an office in the Southwest.
