Your new company

You will be working for a prestigious global investment management firm located in the West End.

Your new role

You will be focusing on managing and coordinating global travel, ensuring efficiency, cost control and seamless logistics for employees and candidates globally.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-3 years experience in a global travel coordination role.

  • Proven experience managing international business travel across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience in vendor management and global rate negotiation is highly desirable.

  • Ability to travel spend, reconcile costs and report on travel savings.

  • Familiarity with corporate travel platforms and booking systems is a bonus.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
