Freelance Project Manager (Construction), Chester, 1 year's work
Our Client
Our client is a national commercial build contractor who is looking for a freelance project manager to oversee their newbuild retail project in the Chester area, from its preconstruction through to its handover.
As Project Manager, you will:
Maintain all H&S and RAMS on site
- Assist with preconstruction and any design changes
- Liaise with the commercial team, and ensure project variations and budgeting are recorded
- Organise subcontractors
- Liaise with the Client
You will have:
Extensive construction management experience (Contractor side)
- Good commercial awareness and excellent organisation skills
- Good knowledge of process from civils through to handover
- Experience in D&B commercial retail projects
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS are essential
- UK-based contractor experience is essential
- Please note that project management experience from any other industry will not be considered
