Your new role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. This role will involve supervising students, ensuring that they stay on task, and maintaining a positive learning environment. You’ll be required to support students of all abilities across various subjects and help ensure they are progressing with their work.

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
• A positive attitude, a passion for education, and excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to commit to the role on a long-term basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Supervise pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
• Support students with tasks and provide assistance where necessary.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
