Your new role

As a Site Foreman (Brickwork and Facades), you will oversee the construction of superstructures for one of the largest residential housing schemes in the North West. Your primary responsibilities will include managing brickwork and facade teams, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards, on schedule, and in compliance with safety regulations. You will coordinate with other site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and aesthetic appeal of their developments.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in brickwork and facades, with extensive experience in managing construction teams. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage and motivate your team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are crucial. You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site are required.
