Commercial Litigator - Specialist Litigation Law Firm - 2-4 PQE

Join a specialist litigation firm based in London, renowned for their expertise in commercial litigation. They are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join the team.

Your new role

  • Manage and advise on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and insolvency cases.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Represent clients in court and at arbitration hearings.
  • Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy and client management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales 2-4 PQE (guidelines only)
  • Experience in commercial litigation at a well-renowned law firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
