Job Summary:

As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the school’s administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day activities. You will play a critical role in supporting staff, students, and parents, contributing to a positive and efficient school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the school office
  • Managing administrative staff and delegating tasks as necessary
  • Ensuring efficient communication between staff, parents, and students
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing school databases
  • Coordinating and organising school events and meetings
  • Managing supplies and resources, including ordering and inventory management
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Providing support to the headteacher and other senior staff
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role within an educational setting
