Your new role

• Operational Management: Supervise daily warehouse and office related activities, including receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and training. Promote a positive work environment and strong team culture.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar operations role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
