Job Description / Responsibilities:

Execute routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and fertilising.
Tend to garden areas by planting, pruning, weeding, and applying mulch.
Shape and trim trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth and improve visual appeal.
Set up, maintain, and fix irrigation systems.
Undertake seasonal clean-up tasks such as removing leaves and clearing snow.
Use and maintain grounds maintenance tools and equipment.
Complete all tasks to a high standard and within designated timeframes.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
Understanding of horticultural practices and plant care.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
Keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
Valid driving licence and dependable transportation.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
