Job Specification: NetSuite Application Support Roles (Contract)
My client is looking for two NetSuite Application Support professionals for short-term contracts (up to 3 months) inside IR35. These roles are hybrid, requiring 1 day per week in the Manchester office (near Piccadilly station). London or fully remote candidates will be considered as a last resort.
Role 1: Cloud Support Admin
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Manchester office, near Piccadilly station). London or fully remote candidates considered as a last resort.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd line NetSuite user access management, administration, and maintenance tasks (e.g., saved searches, custom fields).
Administer and support the M365 suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Power Apps.
Document processes and procedures, create knowledge base articles, and user guides.
Ensure adherence to ITiL best practices, maintaining a quality-focused, structured, self-motivated, and professional approach.
Requirements:
Current, hands-on experience with NetSuite CRM & Accounting in a 200+ user organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow ITiL best practices.
Previous experience with Jira & ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus is a benefit.
Must provide current or undergo and pass DBS & BPSS checks.
Role 2: NetSuite Admin
