CRM Executive within a leading Accounting firm - Up to £40k + bonus

Your new company

You will be joining an award-winning tax, accounting and business advisory firm based in Central London. Due to the continued success of the business, this small yet effective firm is looking to expand its Marketing team to include a new CRM / Data Analyst Executive.

Your new role

Your new role consists of an exciting opportunity to work within a team of 4 skilled CRM and Data Analysts reporting directly to the Head of CRM and Data Analysis. This role requires you to support the global CRM manager to reposition CRM internationally by actioning tasks on projects and working with the Business Development and Communications team to promote the new system to the partnership. You will also be responsible for archiving data regularly and helping the Global CRM Manager produce a strategy for regular archiving. You will also be responsible for growing and maintaining the CRM page on Ignition and maintaining and promoting the use of Power Bi reports across the Business Development and Communications team.

What you'll need to succeed

This role requires an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, possessing a solid understanding of CRM tools and their application to client relationship management. Prior experience in the professional services sector is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in the following areas is highly advantageous:

  • Data analysis and segmentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and an appreciation of data structures
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify themes and trends
  • Understanding of business development strategies and CRM processes within the professional services industry, including the ability to influence and promote the benefits of CRM
