My client has a brilliant role for a property lawyer based in York who ideally has at least 3+ years experience dealing with commercial and agricultural property work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide-ranging caseload of property matters with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for said caseload. More specifically, the successful candidate can expect to work on matters relating to commercial leases, development, secured lending, licences, sale and purchase of agricultural land, planning/development opportunities and land/trading disputes.

Hybrid working is in full operation across my client’s offices. Ideally, my client would prefer for this role to be based out of their Clifton Moor office. However, for a candidate with the right level of experience, they are prepared to consider other locations in and around North Yorkshire.
