Senior Valuer opportunity in Essex
Your new company

You will be joining their small valuations team to work on predominantly commercial and industrial property valuations. Your new role
As the Senior Valuer, you will work alongside a small team of experienced surveyors completing valuations for a variety of purposes including loan funding, taxation and Red Book Valuation reports. As part of the role, you will also assist with mentoring and supporting APC level Valuers. This organisation offers good career progression, including opportunity to progress to Associate and Partner and you will be joining a friendly and inclusive team who value work/life balance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be MRICS and a Registered Valuer. Experience working with commercial and industrial property is preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. In return you will receive car allowance and paid mileage.
