Interim People Operations Manager - 12 M FTC - London Hybrid

Covering maternity leave, you will report to the VP HR and line manage and develop the HR assistant in the global SME Consulting firm. You will support an international client group in a generalist remit including managing recruitment, policies, procedures, payroll and ER.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in a generalist People Operations Manager role within a global firm where you will be able to demonstrate your experience of supporting a US client base. You will have experience of developing more junior members of staff as well as managing payroll, recruitment and updating policies and procedures.

It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 month contract working from the London office 2-3 days per week.
