Your new role
6 month FTC role - with potential to extend.

• Advising on data protection, FOI, records management and information security

• Ensuring that the organisation has robust information governance and management, policies and supporting procedures in place.
• Working with the team to ensure the management of information is in accordance with legislation and internal policies.
• Working on the improvement of the management of knowledge across the organisation, and help ensure the organisation complies with information rights and data protection legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
Several years' experience in data protection/information governance (open to candidates from the public and private sectors)
Experience of GDPR, DPIAs, Privacy Notices, Data-sharing agreements, FOI's, leading projects.
Able to advise on all matters relating to GDPR.
Able to develop strong working relationships.
