Operation Risk

As an Operational Risk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure robust risk management practices are in place, safeguarding the business and enhancing operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risk exposures and incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk controls.
Provide expert advice on risk management best practices.
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in operational risk management, within the financial services sector.
Experience with the trade lifecycle equity or fixed income would be preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in risk management or a related field.
