Your new role

As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will provide advanced technical support to users, resolving complex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with the 1st Line Support team to escalate and manage incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in various IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
