2nd Line Engineer - Bath - c£31k - Permanent

Your new company

Hays are working with a law firm in Bath to support with the recruitment for a 2nd line application support engineer, the role is permanent, site-based initially and offering a salary of £31k (may flex for the right person).

Your new role

In the role, you will support the firms’ internal users with technical customer support. You’ll deal with issues escalated from the 1st line engineers and support the wider infrastructure team. You’ll provide support across desktop / laptop hardware support as well as application / software support. You’ll troubleshoot bespoke in-house applications and work with the managers to identify service improvement opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll need to have experience across a similar 2nd line support role with good exposure across M365, Windows Operating systems and Azure AD. Experience in the legal sector would be beneficial, specifically with bespoke in-house legal applications. You’ll need to be able to drive, with UK right to work.
