- Hybrid – 2 days in the central London office.
- Duration - Initial 6 months.

Key skills / experiences. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and telemetry (metrics, logs, traces)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, BigPanda, Grafana.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – including product and engineering teams.
