NPD Manager, Leading Food Manufacturer!

Your new role

As NPD Manager, you will lead the development of new products from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with customer briefs and market trends. You will manage the NPD team and collaborate closely with technical, production, and commercial departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement across product ranges.
  • Managing customer presentations and responding to briefs with creative solutions.
  • Overseeing factory trials and ensuring successful scale-up for production.
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety, legal, and quality standards.
  • Developing costings and ensuring profitability targets are achieved.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in NPD within the food manufacturing sector (meat experience desirable).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple briefs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety legislation and technical requirements.
  • A creative and commercially focused mindset with attention to detail.
