Real Estate Finance/Banking Lawyer 5+ (3 month initial contract) To £££

This popular firm is looking to hire an experienced associate to work closely with a partner on an initial 3 month contract with the potential to be extended. The group advises a range of clients, including onshore and offshore lenders (private and retail banks, financial institutions and mezzanine finance houses), as well as advising borrowers (corporates, funds, family offices and high net worth individuals) on real estate finance, acquisition finance, hotel financing and precedent documentation. They have particular expertise in real estate finance (both investment and development) in relation to commercial and residential property. UK experience preferred, lender and borrower experience would be ideal.
