With a modern and fun office in the heart of central London with 9 floors and amazing views, this company is perfect for someone who is willing to go the extra mile, focusing on customer care and providing an experience for internal and external employees and visitors.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both visitors and staff at the client’s London premises. Your primary focus will be ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, offering assistance as needed and addressing any requests with a high level of professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of individuals.
  • Strong ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a team.
  • Adaptability to manage and prioritise multiple requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your role will be key in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for all those who visit or work at the premises.


What you'll need to succeed

I am currently looking for someone who is either looking to begin a career in Facilities Management or has relative experience in a prior position.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and proactive, demonstrating a strong initiative in keeping the office running efficiently and seamlessly. Your ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.
