Requirements:
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar front office-client-facing role.
• Have experience in complex corporate or institutional relationship management.
• Have knowledge of the industry and strategic products such as syndicated structures and different levels of debt, M&A, WC structures and products, etc.
• Have proven people and stakeholder management expertise
• Effectively liaises with several individuals throughout the organisation.
• Be able to build effective, long-lasting relationships.
• Be able to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines as dictated by internal teams, prospects, consultants and clients.
• Have excellent client-facing skills.
• Have good presentation skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish would be useful.

Job overview:
The role involves three main objectives -
Develop new clients (large corporates) in the UK and Europe.
Protect and retain the existing client revenue streams
Grow these revenue streams through the cross-selling of new products.


You will comply with the regulatory requirements, including regularly updating customers’ risk profiles.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Know in depth the business, nature and needs of their portfolio of customers.
• Protect client business and revenue from competitors.
• Nurture and manage the client to ensure long term profitability for the business.
• Be up-to-date and maintain industry knowledge and a solid understanding of the client’s organisational structure and strategy
Cross-sell its products and services to meet client needs and cross-sell targets.
• Ensure client satisfaction in global service delivery and act as an escalation point when the relationship quality is in question.
• Work with colleagues to create and communicate compelling value propositions for client-specific needs.
• Lead by example and act as an ambassador for the UK location through engagement with the business lines and other locations.
• Contribute to risk control by providing input to the credit review of the client relative to anticipated future global activity.
• Develop, maintain and share knowledge of client, market, industry, competitive product offering and regulatory developments.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new or enhanced products and services across locations.
