3-month temp job based in central Norwich for an experienced purchase ledger clerk

Your new role
As the temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will match, check and process invoices on Visibility and SAP, process company credit card statements and post transactions accurately, scan and file delivery notes and supporting documentation as required. You will reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies as well as handle invoice queries by liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available and have proven experience in purchase ledger processing, ideally in a manufacturing business, along with a good level of Excel. Confident communication skills are essential when dealing with suppliers as well as internal departments to ensure a smooth process of paying suppliers.
What you'll get in return
As explained, this is a temporary Purchase Ledger job, and you will be paid an hourly rate of circa £16.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience.
