Temporary Sales Ledger (Property)

Your new company


A property management company based in London. They specialise within many cities within the UK and have recently expanded within Europe. A fast-growing property firm is looking to expand their finance team and is in need of temporary help. With an opportunity of going permanent. This role is 5 days in the office and is need of a candidate with Xero experience.

Your New Role


  • Xero Experience is a must !
  • Generate and issue sales invoices for Residential and Commercial Lettings on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Generate and issue sales invoices for intercompany transactions including credit card reconciliations.
  • Generate and issue sales invoices for Section 20 Works.
  • Post all incoming rent/other payments to Xero on a daily basis.
  • Prepare Weekly Debtors Report for Principals of a Company with detailed notes if required for Rent Control (by others)
  • Weekly reconciliation of Sales Ledger
  • Monthly reconciliation of Deposits received
  • Monthly reconciliation of Invoices issued
  • Banking of cheques when required
  • Provide cover for work required to perform the Weekly Payments Run (Purchase Ledger) during the absence of Purchase Ledger Clerk and allocate payments in respect of Purchase Invoices and create Weekly Creditors List
