As such, you will lead on small group phonics assessments using the read write ink scheme. With lower or mixed ability pupils, you will offer more intense phonics and recall sessions on a 1:1 basis. Across both classes you will take a pupil-centred approach to education, ensuring that each pupils reaches their full academic potential.
