Nursery Teacher post, permanent contract, paid to scale MPS/UPS
Your new school
This Nursery School has a proud history and a bold future. They serve children aged 3–5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment that values curiosity, creativity, and care. This school is well resourced and deeply rooted in the community.
They are entering a period of renewal, reimagining the curriculum, strengthening their pedagogy, and building a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
This position is to start ASAP or January (depending on notice period).
They need experienced teachers who:
- Have substantial Early Years experience and a deep understanding of child development
- Are confident in leading practice and guiding colleagues through change
- Can take on additional responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning
- Are passionate about inclusive education and safeguarding
- Thrive in a collaborative, reflective, and ambitious environment
This role is ideal for someone who sees a challenge as an opportunity and who wants to be part of something meaningful.
Unfortunately, this is not suitable for ECTs.
