About The Angel Foundation

The Angel Foundation is an award winning broadcaster and media organisation operating a 24-hour schedule of international programming and live broadcasting that reaches 284 million homes in more than 200 nations across the globe.

As a registered charity in Europe, and headquartered in Plymouth, it’s productions have won awards from the Christian Broadcasting Council of the UK. The network has grown, from broadcasting two hours each day in 1995 to cover four fifths of the earth's surface, 24-hours-a-day. With ongoing steady growth they are well on their way to achieving an audience figure in excess of 1 billion.

The Angel Foundation also supports humanitarian projects internationally. In Malawi, it cares for HIV/AIDS orphans by supporting Kondanani Children's Village, and is involved in various charitable initiatives in Sri Lanka. In the UK it supports Mercy Ministries, a charity helping young women suffering from abuse.

The key objective and activity area of the Charity is the advancement of the Christian religion through all forms of media. The organisation has been through a period of extensive change and re-structuring over the last two years and they are now in the final stages of bringing all of this together in a way that will enable them to achieve their aims and financial objectives, whilst drawing on new income streams and activities in the fast and ever-changing world of fundraising.
