Your new company

I am currently representing a start-up hybrid healthcare company that helps medium and large enterprises to increase revenue and profitability by reducing employee absenteeism and presenteeism. They do this by delivering transformative care, recovery, and rehabilitation programmes for the most prevalent and costly chronic and persistent conditions in the modern workplace. They are looking for an experienced sales team member to help them deliver their growing pipeline of UK enterprise opportunities and develop our future pipeline.

Your new role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving their revenue growth. As a key member of their small UK team, reporting to the VP Sales, your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and win high-value opportunities for their transformative Hybrid Healthcare solution to mid- and large-enterprise customers. Leveraging your deep understanding of HR and financial buyers and healthcare benefits, you will showcase the transformative potential of their healthcare solution and effectively communicate their value proposition to decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed quotas.
  • Identify key prospects, build a robust pipeline, and prioritise opportunities for maximum impact.
  • Leverage our market intelligence and competitor analysis to position our offerings effectively within each account.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and align the solution to address client challenges and goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in articulating business and technical solutions and guiding clients through the buying process.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as product management, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal creation, presentation, and final contract signing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activities, and forecasts in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and insights for sales management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of successful SaaS/cloud sales experience with a high growth B2B software vendor.
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Deep experience as a “hunter” profile focusing on new logo business in a direct sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at the executive level.
  • Solid knowledge of selling healthcare solutions to HR and financial buyers is a preference.
