• Performing incoming QC checks in line with work instructions
• Testing coolers and components to confirm correct specification before build
• Inspecting components
• Following engineering work instructions and basic assembly procedures
• Mounting components into assembly jigs with precision and care
• Completing assembly and test records accurately
• Adhering strictly to production processes and quality control standards
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Taking ownership of output, delivery, and quality against production targets

• ONC/OND or equivalent, or GCSEs (Maths & English Grade C or above) with at least 2 years’ experience in a high‑tech production environment
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy and ability to follow digital work instructions
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a structured production environment

• Hourly rate of £14.78
• Voluntary overtime opportunities. Time and half
• Flexi start and finish times.
• Experience in a precision‑focused, high‑technology production setting
• Contract running until September 2026 with potential extension
• Supportive team environment and clear work processes
