We have a great opportunity for Assembly Technicians with electrical experience with our manufacturing client.

Their Belfast site is a major centre for engineering, production, and R&D, bringing together multidisciplinary teams working at the forefront of precision manufacturing. - Performing incoming QC checks in line with work instructions
- Testing coolers and components to confirm correct specification before build
- Inspecting components
- Following engineering work instructions and basic assembly procedures
- Mounting components into assembly jigs with precision and care
- Completing assembly and test records accurately
- Adhering strictly to production processes and quality control standards
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Taking ownership of output, delivery, and quality against production targets
- ONC/OND or equivalent, or GCSEs (Maths & English Grade C or above) with at least 2 years’ experience in a high‑tech production environment
- Strong manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy and ability to follow digital work instructions
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a structured production environment
- Hourly rate of £14.78
- Voluntary overtime opportunities. Time and half
- Flexi start and finish times.
- Experience in a precision‑focused, high‑technology production setting
- Contract running until September 2026 with potential extension
- Supportive team environment and clear work processes
