I am working with a luxury retail company based in the City of London (flexible working), hiring a Management Accountant to join the team. The role reports to the Finance Manager and will work alongside a close-knit team in finance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a fast-growth acquisitive retailer.

Your new role

Management Accountant key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts for the group providing insightful explanations of material deviations from plans, forecasts and historical trends
• Preparation of consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and cashflow reports, including commentary and relevant comparatives
• Liaise closely with the sales team to reconcile, report and forecast revenue streams and gross margin
• Deliver monthly financial reports to key budget holders, presented appropriately to allow decision-making and verification
• Review and enhance accounting processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient use of available systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Newly qualified ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Experience in management accounting
• Previous experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Analysis of large volumes of data
• Retail, manufacturing or wholesale experience
