About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to join a dynamic team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations across the business, supporting multiple functions and stakeholders.

Currently, in Research & Development they are expanding rapidly, requiring further support from likeminded individual prepared to get stuck in and support the organisation towards significant sales growth in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day office management and operational tasks.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage NDAs and other confidential agreements.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new starter processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Inbox Management: Monitor and manage shared inboxes, responding promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise meetings, maintain calendars, and support team logistics.
- General Administration: Handle filing, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
- Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining discretion.
- Previous experience in administration or office support is desirable, but enthusiasm and an ability to do whatever is necessary to support the team is most important.
