Office Support Competition - Shout out your Support Staff

Congratulations to our Shout Out Winner!
Following a competition which gave employers a chance to ‘Shout Out’ their Support Staff, we’re delighted to announce after much deliberation that Sarah Jones, Administration Manager from Key 2 is the winner and will receive a £250 shopping voucher!
Sarah was nominated by Abi Wilson, Head of HR at Key 2. Abi nominated Sarah because of her hard work and sheer dedication to the admin function. Abi’s nomination read: “I've been working with Sarah for nearly 12 years and she is quite literally my right hand woman. I honestly don't know what I would do without her.
The admin team and function has experienced a lot of changes over the last few years, but Sarah has got on with it despite the uncertainty and has gone above and beyond to support where she needed to.
During the pandemic additional responsibilities have been put on Sarah to deal with the Health and Safety aspects, given that she had also recently become an Health and Safety Lead. Along with this she also took on the role as Mental Health Lead for Head Office. All of this while doing her day job, supporting her team, dealing with the same anxieties we have all felt over this time and coping with a bereavement.
Key2 is very lucky to have her and I think she is worth her weight in gold.”
Congratulations to Leona Rogers, Inpatients Operational Business Manager from Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust who was our runner up. Leona was nominated by Hardip Singh Deu, Deputy Divisional Director – ASR. Hardip’s nomination read: ‘I would like to nominate Leona Rogers for all the hard work and commitment she has shown to her role as the Inpatient Operational Business manager and especially during the covid 19 pandemic , and the amazing response to ensure that the trust has been able to deliver safe high quality care to its patients. There have been many challenges posed by covid19 with redeployed staff including taking on the responsibility to manage the ward clerks across all sites and implementing 7 day working. Leona is a very flexible, conscientious individual who works across a number of bedded sites across the city and supporting staff, clinicians and senior managers with her bubbly personality and can do attitude and in line with the trust values of caring, open, responsible, respectful and inclusive.’
