Your new role
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and drive the development and optimisation of marketing automation strategies. This role is central to delivering data-driven marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting a wider digital transformation programme.
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and drive the development and optimisation of marketing automation strategies. This role is central to delivering data-driven marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting a wider digital transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching the marketing automation team (onshore/offshore).
- Designing and implementing automation workflows to improve customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
- Overseeing marketing automation tools and ensuring best practice.
- Collaborating with IT and data teams to maintain system integrity and CRM integration.
- Analysing behavioural data to refine segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Managing end-to-end campaign automation across email and multi-channel workflows.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and data-driven marketing.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Familiarity with marketing transformation programmes is desirable.
