SEN Teaching Assistant - Coventry & Warwickshire

Your new role
We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to start after the Easter half-term across Coventry and Warwickshire. These roles are predominantly long‑term, ranging from one term to the full academic year.
You will support SEND learners on a 1:1 or small‑group basis, and be responsible for helping students regulate, engage and progress through structured routines, therapeutic approaches and personalised support plans.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (schools, nurseries, residential care, youth work or similar)
- Confidence supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Global Delay, Down Syndrome, SEMH or complex learning needs
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Flexibility and commitment to supporting pupils for the duration of the placement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
