Your new role


We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a fast-paced digital/product environment. This role will suit someone confident working across agile teams, with strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on experience using Aha! (including integration with Azure DevOps).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile delivery across one or more product teams, driving Sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.)

  • Act as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to agile best practice and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery outcomes

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams

  • Support roadmap execution using Aha!, ensuring alignment with wider product strategy

  • Facilitate integration between Aha! and Azure DevOps, maintaining clear visibility of delivery progress

  • Provide clear reporting on delivery status, velocity, and key metrics


What you'll need to succeed


  • Strong background as a Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master in agile environments

  • Proven experience using Aha! (roadmapping, portfolio management)

  • Experience integrating Aha! with Azure DevOps (or similar tooling)

  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe desirable)

  • Experience working in fast-paced, product-led or digital environments
