Global asset & fund manager of high repute seeks a Senior Product Compliance Advisor to support on product related matters predominantly across UCITS. The successful candidate will advise on product governance, assessment of value, consumer duty and ESG/SDR, leading and contributing to cross-functional projects from a compliance perspective. Furthermore, the incumbent will conduct horizon scanning and assess regulatory change impacts relating to product compliance. Candidates are sought with at least four years of generalist/advisory compliance experience, of which at least two must be within asset management relating specifically to UCITS funds. Good working knowledge of ESG requirements is needed, alongside FCA rulebooks COBS, COLL and PROD.
