Change Partner / Senior HR Advisor (Change) to join a busy team delivering a variety of change in Hampshire

Are you an HR professional with a strong background of advising on and managing change management projects including restructures, redundancy, TUPE, closures or relocations, redeployment?

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor or Change Partner who will work as part of a specialist team who is dedicated to change management activities across the organisation. You will be working with senior leaders of divisions and departments to prepare, plan and implement change management activities to drive organisational change. You will be advising, coaching and managing the Change Projects from inception through consultation and potential ER cases.


  • You will be working on a variety of Organisational Change Projects including Restructures, changes in T&C's, redundancy and TUPE transfers.
  • You'll provide a flexible, efficient and effective service, by working with Business Partners and Service Managers to support the delivery of Organisational Change reviews across a range of departments.
  • You'll be a key point of contact for ER issues that arise during the life of the project, requiring sound HR knowledge and experience with strong communication, presentation, influencing and organisational skills.
  • You'll also be required to develop and maintain relations with our Trade Unions at all stages of the reviews which you lead on.
  • Experience of working with Trade Unions would be advantageous.

Candidates

We are seeking experienced Senior HR Advisors / HR Professionals who have a background of working on a range of change management activities, ideally within unionised complex environments such as the public sector, NHS or similar.

  • Experience of Restructure, Redundancy, Reorganisation, Change of role / T&CS and TUPE transfers
  • Experience of guiding/coaching managers with the Change Management process, including providing guides/documents and holding the hand of managers to implement the change.
  • Excellent IT skills, enabling you to produce high quality work across a range of Microsoft Office 365 applications and bespoke IT systems.
  • Confident in understanding staff data, and also be able to present information in a variety of formats clearly to ensure all written communications are captured accurately, including any changes to organisational structures, employee pay, terms and conditions.

  • Benefits - 24 days hol + bank, excellent pension
  • Hybrid working role - mix from home and office in Winchester but very flexible to fit. Minimum of 1 day per week in Winchester
