Your new company

I have a great opportunity for a Reward and Benefits advisor to join my client for a 6 month FTC.

Your new role

You will support the delivery and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and activities through advice, guidance, and analytics. You will be responsible for the administration and operations of all reward and benefits across the business.

  • Working closely with the Head of HR to review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues across the business.
  • Support the administration of key processes linked to reward including salary review, bonus processing and flexible holiday schemes
  • Own communications to colleagues regarding these reward and benefits
  • First point of contact for any queries related to reward, benefits and compensation
  • Responsible for the administration of key reward and recognition processes including long service as well as the management and improvement of our benefits portal
  • Coordinate external compensation and benefits survey participation
  • Support the administration of and liaise with the relevant external providers for benefits, including critical illness scheme, life assurance, cycle to work, season ticket loans etc
  • Work with the Head of HR and SLT to coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of working within a Reward or Benefits role or within an HR generalist role
  • Strong administration skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Data driven with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes as well as to support annual processes
  • Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business

What you'll get in return

£45,000-£52,000 DOE. Good holiday allowance.
