Reward Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing reward structures and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement reward strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on reward and benefits data.
- Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reward analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
