Reward Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate existing reward structures and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement reward strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on reward and benefits data.
  • Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in reward analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of current reward trends and best practices.
