Hays Education are working in partnership with a Specialist SEND School who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with a diagnosis of FASD, ADHD, and a history of early trauma. This is a highly rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting the pupil’s emotional development and engagement in school life.

The pupil is described as a delightful individual who benefits from a calm, consistent, and empathetic approach, alongside clear and firm boundaries to help them feel safe and understood.

This school is a welcoming and supportive setting located in a scenic area, known for its inclusive approach and strong focus on pupil wellbeing. The school prides itself on creating a nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential, both academically and emotionally. Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Up to £120/day

Contract: Temporary until end of academic year
