• Hybrid working (2 days in office Central London)

You will be joining the current team to assist with LMS management, onboarding of new joiners, offboarding of leavers, leading the communications internally on new and current learning programmes. You will manage external supplier relationships and liaise closely with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on L&D budget, projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience working as an L&D Advisor in a large, multinational business. You will be available ASAP and will be able to commit to a 6-month contract. travelling to London on a hybrid basis. You will be self-sufficient and be able to effectively prioritise projects depending on business needs. You will have previously used an LMS portal and have proficient experience with MS Excel. Understanding of French / Portuguese desirable.
