Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the processing of development requests from multiple business areas. You will work closely with IT leads and business stakeholders to prioritise features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. Your role will involve providing transparency around delivery roadmaps, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and specifying business requirements for new and existing software applications.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience across full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation.
• Ability to document clear and accurate business user requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking systems and trading book asset classes such as FX products, Loans, Time Deposits, and Repos.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle from pre-trade to settlement, including risk management.
• Strong data analysis and mapping skills, including gap analysis.
• SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL Server).
