Your new role
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will act as a key creative leader within the organisation. You will guide the design team, elevate standards across all creative touchpoints, and take ownership of transforming concepts into exceptional work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day‑to‑day creative direction for the design team
- Translating creative concepts into clear briefs and actionable feedback
- Ensuring consistent, high‑quality design across digital, social, e‑commerce, packaging, campaigns and retail
- Providing hands‑on design leadership and delivering benchmark creative work
- Mentoring and developing junior and mid‑weight designers
- Owning and improving the internal design review and sign‑off process
- Collaborating with marketing, social, product and commercial teams
- Supporting campaign ideation and creative planning
- Staying ahead of design, culture and visual trends within the fashion, sneaker and streetwear space
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
- A strong portfolio showcasing high‑level design across brand, digital, social and campaign work
- Experience working in a fast‑paced brand or agency environment
- Proven ability to mentor and elevate designers
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design/AI tools
- A strong grasp of brand systems, typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale
- High organisational skills and confidence managing multiple projects
- A deep understanding of youth culture, sneaker culture and design innovation
- A proactive, solution‑focused mindset and ability to perform under pressure
