Your new role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Supported Housing Worker to support individuals experiencing homelessness on their journey toward greater independence.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work across two locations, providing tailored, person-centred support to clients with medium-level needs. From helping people maintain their tenancies to connecting them with vital services, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals to build brighter, more stable futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct support and housing management services to clients.
  • Build strong partnerships with local agencies.
  • Keep client records accurate, clear, and up to date.
  • Track referrals into the service.
  • Create a safe, supportive and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move-on.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Essential:
    • Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (business insurance required).
    • Willingness to participate in out-of-hours on-call rota and rostered shifts between 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM, including occasional weekends.
