Weekend Supported Housing Worker

Your new company

You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established charity supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in society. This charity runs projects throughout the year and has supported thousands of individuals out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse and more.

Your new role

  • Part-time [12 hrs] | Permanent
  • £8,075 per year (full-time equivalent £25,235)
  • Weekend working, Saturdays and Sundays
  • Participation in an on-call out-of-hours rota
  • A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
Responsibilities:
  • Progress and track referrals into the service and outcomes for clients.
  • Gives clients advice and information, providing an enabling service.
  • Maintain client records so they are accurate and fully updated.
  • Complete holistic assessments for clients, leading to the development of support plans which meet individuals client goals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
  • Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS
