Property & Asset Lead - Interim opportunity to lead across a diverse national portfolio
Your new company
As a property & assets specialist, you will join a highly unique organisation who are responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 properties alongside land, across England. Your new employer boasts a highly unique property mix, featuring residential homes, office buildings, listed buildings, visitor centres, war bunkers, monuments, and more.
Your new role
As a building & assets professional, you will lead on developing and helping to deliver a property compliance / building safety programme of works across the building portfolio - focussed on asbestos management, fire safety, legionella control, and electrical safety. This is a role that will require a detailed approach, with strategic insight, reviewing data, communicating with regional teams, and producing costed schedules / programmes of works.
What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience in compliance management and delivery of planned works across a diverse estate will be beneficial. A professional membership is required in this position. This can be either RICS, or IWFM, or similar.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a contract position with an initial 3-6 month duration. This is likely to extend beyond this point, or could progress into a permanent role. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of home working, with occasional visits across the estate.
